Mediflow reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Mediflow grants You a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited licence to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with this Agreement.

3. About the Site

The Site provides information about the Mediflow® Pillow and allows UK users to purchase the product online.

Please refer to our Returns & Money-Back Guarantee section for details about returning your product. All orders are subject to acceptance by Mediflow.

4. UK Consumer Rights

If You are located in the United Kingdom, your purchase is protected under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This includes:

  • A 14-day cancellation period from the day you receive your goods.

  • An additional 14 days to return the item.

  • A full refund issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

5. Returns

If You are not completely satisfied, return the product within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price.

You are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective. Please email info@mediflow.com for return instructions.

6. Billing & Taxes

All prices listed for UK customers are inclusive of VAT, if applicable. Orders shipped to the UK may be subject to local import taxes or customs duties.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

This Site is provided “as is” and “as available.”
Mediflow makes no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Mediflow does not guarantee:

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mediflow shall not be liable for:

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of statutory duty.

If You are located in the United Kingdom, this Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may assign our rights and obligations under this Agreement. This Agreement shall benefit our successors and assigns.

15. Entire Agreement

This Agreement represents the entire understanding between You and Mediflow regarding your use of the Site.

16. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest of the Agreement remains valid.

17. Feedback

We welcome your feedback. By submitting suggestions, You give Mediflow permission to use them freely without compensation.
