Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address at checkout, as errors will cause a delay. We are not responsible for delayed or lost shipments due to incorrect shipping information.
If the provided shipping address results in the order being returned to Mediflow, then Mediflow will require additional fees to have the product re-shipped. Initial shipping costs will not be refunded. How much will my shipping charges be if I provide an incorrect address and my order is returned to Mediflow?
Initial shipping costs for your original orders are already subsidized by Mediflow.
If you provide us with an incorrect address and your order is return to Mediflow, you will be charged the full price of shipping (non subsidized) to re-ship your order.
PO BOX ADDRESS
Due to the size of our products, we do not ship to PO boxes. If you include a PO Box Address, we will hold your order until a street address is provided. To avoid any confusion, please do not include a PO Box with your address.

Returns
Warranty On Pillows Sold As Used Condition
Our 3 Year Manufacture Defect Warranty is only applicable towards pillows sold in new condition. Any pillows that are purchased in any USED condition does not qualify for our 3 Year Manufacture Defect Warranty. Mediflow does not sell reused pillows.
Can I Cancel My Order?
As a result of orders being processed the same day, and shipped out the same day or the next business day we are not able to cancel your order once the order has been placed. If you no longer want the items you purchased, please feel free to initiate a return. Once your order starts shipping, please accept the package. Please do not refuse your package and you can start the return process .You can read about the return process here!
What Happens If My Order Returns To Mediflow With Postage Due?
The postage due amount will be deducted from the refund amount. We do not cover any shipping charges incurred by inaccurate addresses.
Is There a Warranty?
With the exception of the Travel Pillow, The Water Pillow by Mediflow pillows come with a 3 year manufacturing warranty against any manufacturing defects. This does not include washing damage, wear and tear from use, or accidental damage/misuse. This warranty is applicable to the products on the initial order. Replacements will be not be honored on subsequent products that were provided.
Travel Pillows come with a 1 year manufacturing warranty against any manufacturing defects.
If you did not order the pillow directly from us, then please contact the original place of purchase to verify if your product is covered under the warranty. Only verified re-sellers are eligible for the 3-Year Warranty.
Be sure to keep your receipt, the receipt is needed for satisfaction guarantee and warranty claims.
Please allow up to 30 days for processing and replacement pillow to arrive back to you.
Customers will be responsible for the return shipping of the entire pillow back to Mediflow.

Is There a Money Back Guarantee?
Mediflow offers a 30-day money-back satisfaction guarantee from the purchase date, excluding shipping and handling fees. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your pillow, simply return the pillow, and we'll handle the rest! To initiate the return process, click here.
Customers will be responsible for the return shipping of the entire pillow, and we do not refund the initial shipping cost. A handling fee of 10% of the original order value may apply to some returns.
Remember to retain your receipt, as it is necessary for both satisfaction guarantee.
Please note that travel pillows, pillow protectors, replacement parts, and mattress covers are non-refundable.
The purchaser is solely responsible for any losses (shipping costs) incurred due to attempted returns of non-refundable items or items that fall outside the 30-day satisfaction period. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process once received, and the time taken for it to reflect in your account may vary based on your financial institution.
Refunds for all returns must be credited back to the original credit card/payment method used for the purchase.
