Q. Why Do You Use Water In Your Pillows?

A. It is very simple really, water cannot be compressed and will surround your head and neck allowing for individualized support. Water moves in a fluid motion and therefore will move with you during the night and will reshape itself for full support. By using water, we are able to provide our customers comfort and support.

Q. I wake up with very sore neck and upper shoulders, does this pillow helps me with my issue?

A. I have great results. The secret to the waterbase pillow is a trial and error process with the right amount of water for individual comfort. Also, after laying on the pillow tuck the edge under your neck for best support. I love mine, I sleep better than with any pillow I have tried. I hope this helps.

Q. How Much Water Should I add to my Pillow?

A. It depends on what kind of support you are looking for, the more water you add the more support and firmness you add to the pillow. We recommend 2 liters/ quarts for soft support, 3 for medium support and 4-5 for firm support.

Q. Are The Pillows Hypoallergenic?

A. Yes! All of The Water Pillow by Mediflow pillows are hypoallergenic.

Q. What Size Are The Water Pillows?

A. The Fiberfill, Down and Down Alternative Pillow size is 20”x 28” which is usually called a “jumbo”. Jumbo size pillows are half way between a Standard and Queen and will fit either a Standard or Queen pillowcase. The gel memory Foam Pillow size is 18" x 26" which is a Standard size pillow and will fit any Standard size pillowcase.
